7B Homes & Remodeling is owned by Brady & Amanda Brittain and is located in College Station, Texas. Together, they specialize in home investments, new home construction, and large residential remodel projects.
The 7B Story
Brady is a 3rd generation Texan whose grandfather, George Brittain, came to Texas in a covered wagon around the turn of the century. George found his success in hard work & attention to detail, with faith as his cornerstone. He quickly grew his family ranch from nothing to over around 1,000 acres near China Spring, Texas. Brady's father Douglas (Doogie to his close friends) helped run the 7B Ranch and loved the ranch life. Again, hard work, attention to detail, and faith were required to succeed and grow.
Brady brings theses same elements to the real estate industry and the home building and remodeling process. Having moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University in 1995, Brady became interested in all things real estate. By the time he graduated from the Mays School of Business in 1999, Brady obtained his real estate license and began managing rental properties. After obtaining his brokers license in 2001 he quickly grew his real estate sales business with business partner John Byers. Brady began building and remodeling homes in 2005 with the encouragement of his father, Doug. Today, Brady invests in properties, builds new homes, and does large home remodeling projects with the same principles of hard work, attention to detail, and faith shown by his grandfather nearly a century before him.
Brady and his wife, Amanda, live in College Station with their 5 children, 2 of whom have moved out of the house to attend Texas A&M University. Brady and Amanda enjoy time with their children through traveling together, playing at the lake, and watching Aggie sports. They also enjoy serving the community through their church and other organizations.
